Well here go!! This shot is of the remnants of the "implosion" of the Winnipeg Arena! Now it didn't go as planned and it never totally came down. So in the early evening, I headed out with a couple friends of mine to photograph the ruins, and much to my surprise no security!! So we dove right in, and walked amongst the rubble (no doubt trespassing) But I ended up with a neat series of photographs, that I have manipped a bit to capture the feel of what it's like to be amongst the devastation.

More to come!!! (p.s edited on my lappy screen, I might have to color correct a few things on my display at home, hope it looks ok

Implosion? when did this happen?
i guess it wasn't big enough to make news.. or if it was then i missed it.

i really like this shot. it has a post-apocolyptic feeling to it (if that is how you spell apocolyptic..).
